Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with department leaders to understand business goals and challenges, providing HR guidance and solutions to support achievement of objectives.
  • Talent Management: Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, facilitate succession planning, and support performance management processes to drive employee development and retention.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.
  • Organizational Development: Assist in the design and implementation of organizational changes, including restructures, mergers, and other initiatives that impact people and culture.
  • Workforce Planning: Work with department leaders to assess workforce needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Change Management: Support change management initiatives by advising leaders on best practices for communication, employee involvement, and minimizing disruption during transitions.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure that HR policies and practices are consistently applied and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Advocate for and implement DE&I initiatives within the department, ensuring that HR practices promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
