Job Title: Information Technology Manager

ByVerTek, a leading engineering and construction company, is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead and manage our IT operations, ensuring seamless integration with our operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with a focus on developing and implementing IT projects that unify our technology stack. This person will also be responsible for managing all technology at the company, including software and hardware, and helping coworkers learn and use new tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our outsourced IT vendor to onboard and offboard employees efficiently
  • Provide timely IT support to employees, resolving issues promptly
  • Install new software and hardware as needed, and configure settings to address computer issues
  • Monitor and manage endpoints using established MDM systems
  • Maintain our corporate networks, ensuring they are secure and efficient
  • Scope and implement new technology, as needed, to support business growth
  • Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects, continually developing and evaluating new technologies and tools
  • Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems
  • Establish a comprehensive security policy to protect company information and resources
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems
  • Experience with network administration
