Key Responsibilities

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital role in embodying AHF's mission and values through proactive maintenance of both leased and owned properties, as well as overseeing property upkeep and renovations as necessary.

This position enhances AHF's reputation by leveraging previous experience and leadership abilities to ensure that all maintenance and renovation tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with team management capabilities, are essential for identifying malfunctions and performing repairs at AHF locations. Adherence to industry standards and safety regulations is of utmost importance.
