Position Overview:
Join The NRP Group as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist. Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will be tasked with executing general maintenance, grounds upkeep, and housekeeping services to maintain the aesthetic appeal and quality of our living spaces while addressing customer service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and cleaning services as directed
- Assist in managing the storage area and maintenance supplies
- Perform daily property inspections to uphold curb appeal and apartment quality
- Report any safety issues to the Community Manager and engage in safety meetings
- Oversee maintenance duties in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, including staff scheduling, vendor coordination, supply ordering, and collaborating with the Community Manager on necessary enhancements
- Be available for weekend shifts, on-call responsibilities, and after-hours emergency service requests, 24/7 as per schedule
- Possess adequate knowledge to complete maintenance assessments in line with the standards of a Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of maintenance experience
- Proficiency in computer usage is preferred
