About Caruth Haven Court

Caruth Haven Court, a leading provider of senior living communities, is seeking a highly skilled Facility Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a Facility Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community's facilities and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and assign work tasks for maintenance team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and projects.
  • Supervise and assist maintenance team members in performing routine maintenance duties, including repairs and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
  • Assist in the execution of preventative maintenance programs to ensure the upkeep of our community's facilities and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with the Director and other team members to ensure seamless operation of maintenance and housekeeping services.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies to ensure efficient operation of maintenance and housekeeping services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director to support the smooth operation of our community's facilities and maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; technical school education preferred.
  • Two years of job-related experience preferred, with a strong background in maintenance and repair operations.
  • Basic technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as construction principles and OSHA regulations.
  • Supervisory experience preferred, with a proven track record of leading maintenance teams and ensuring efficient operation of facilities and equipment.
