Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections of the community.
  • Execute various maintenance tasks as required, including preparing units and addressing work orders.
  • Establish and uphold a routine for planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing tasks, and providing technical assistance in job planning.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the maintenance team.
  • Collaborate with and supervise external contractors such as electricians and plumbers.
  • Oversee and maintain essential building systems, including heating, electrical, air conditioning, and ventilation.
  • Adhere to the annual budget and monitor maintenance-related expenses.
  • Assist in the execution of capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, and safety regulations.
  • Manage on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
  • HVAC certification and MPO license are mandatory.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various building systems (heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing).
  • Familiarity with applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Compensation
Salary based on experience ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM.
