Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure they meet brand and hotel standards.
- Financial Management: Perform cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and concerns regarding food and beverage service.
- Forecasting and Planning: Forecast staff, equipment, and supply requirements based on menu offerings.
- Sustainability and Safety: Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to our EarthView program, and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure overall guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any concerns.
- Education: High School diploma preferred.
- Experience: Previous food and beverage experience required, or equivalent training. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of hotel PMS and Micros systems preferred.
This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching. The work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends.
