Job Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational goals
  • Maintaining quality standards, addressing guest concerns, and creating a positive dining experience
  • Overseeing restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring and managing the restaurant budget, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability
  • Training and developing staff to enhance their skills and ensure a high level of performance
  • Maintaining quality standards for food and beverage offerings, presentation, and overall guest experience
  • Collaborating with other managers, kitchen staff, and support teams to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager who possesses:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and budgeting
  • Skilled in social media for restaurant branding purposes
  • Tech-savvy, computer-proficient
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
