Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls for the pharmacy, process orders, and monitor shipment statuses.
- Provide assistance to patients and healthcare professionals, resolving inquiries and issues as they arise.
- Offer empathetic customer service while achieving service level objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of call center experience is essential.
- Proficient typing skills of at least 30 words per minute and familiarity with various software applications.
- Previous experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
Work Schedule: Multiple shifts available Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, or 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
