Job Overview

Client Support Specialist

Are you passionate about assisting others and possess recent experience in a call center environment? LHH Recruitment Solutions is on the lookout for a Client Support Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is with a reputable and expanding pharmaceutical organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls for the pharmacy, process orders, and monitor shipment statuses.
  • Provide assistance to patients and healthcare professionals, resolving inquiries and issues as they arise.
  • Offer empathetic customer service while achieving service level objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four years of call center experience is essential.
  • Proficient typing skills of at least 30 words per minute and familiarity with various software applications.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings is advantageous but not mandatory.

Employment Type: Contract-to-hire

Work Schedule: Multiple shifts available Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, or 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
