Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular estimating tasks to support the preconstruction team effectively.
  • Meet critical deadlines while utilizing knowledge of the construction sector to accurately determine quantities for building elements based on design drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of geometry, including proficiency in length, area, and volume calculations.
  • Associate Degree or higher in a relevant field.
