Role Overview:

The Preconstruction Associate is responsible for conducting regular estimating tasks to contribute effectively to the preconstruction team. This position requires the ability to meet critical deadlines, utilize knowledge of the construction sector to accurately assess quantities for building components based on design documents and specifications, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of geometry, including proficiency in calculating length, area, and volume.
  • Associate Degree or higher in a relevant field.
