Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation:
Leverage your expertise to provide precise cost evaluations for projects, factoring in labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Utilize suitable methodologies and tools to deliver dependable estimates within specified timeframes.
Data Analysis:
Examine historical data, industry standards, and market dynamics to improve the accuracy of cost projections. Continuously enhance estimating methodologies based on insights and experiences from completed projects.
Stakeholder Engagement:
