Your responsibilities will include delivering precise cost assessments for projects, evaluating data, and working alongside various stakeholders to guarantee effective project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Assessment:
Leverage your expertise to accurately determine project costs, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses. Utilize suitable methodologies and tools to generate dependable estimates within established timelines.
Data Evaluation:
Examine historical data, industry standards, and market trends to improve the precision of cost assessments. Continuously enhance and refine estimating practices based on insights and lessons learned from completed projects.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Engage with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists, to collect essential information and insights. Collaborate closely with subcontractors and suppliers to secure quotes and negotiate pricing when necessary.
Proposal Preparation:
Develop comprehensive and compelling proposals grounded in accurate cost assessments. Clearly articulate the basis for estimates, assumptions made, and any potential risks or uncertainties to both internal and external stakeholders.
