At American Heritage Federal Credit Union, we are seeking a highly skilled Indirect Lending Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of auto and recreational vehicle loan applications and servicing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Auditing: Perform thorough audits of loan packages to ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents.
  • Loan Onboarding: Conduct introduction calls to new borrowers, providing a 30-second overview of American Heritage and our mission.
  • Loan Servicing: Verify new loan requests for accuracy and follow identity authentication procedures to prevent fraudulent loans.
  • Membership Account Opening: Input, review, and approve membership applications in Meridian Link, ensuring successful account creation and accurate member deposits.
  • Lien Assignment: Manage lien assignments for all indirect title loans, following up with lenders and dealers as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least one to three years of experience in lending operations, preferably with knowledge of Symitar and Meridian Link.
  • A minimum of an associate college degree or working toward a four-year college degree education.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position with evening and Saturday hours, subject to change based on management needs.
