Job Summary:

Mitchell Martin is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Specialist Consultant to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our health services team, you will provide clinical direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for youth, ensuring effective interventions and data-driven decision making.
  • Provide consultation to the treatment team, including family, school, mobile therapist, BHT, and other service providers.
  • Collect and analyze data through direct and indirect evidenced-based methods, informing treatment decisions and program development.
  • Participate in individual supervision, team meetings, and department meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency and program policies and procedures.
  • Enhance knowledge and expertise through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
  • Graduate degree in ABA from an accredited college or university.
  • PA License LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist with minimum 8 hours verified training in behavior analysis/modification.
  • At least 12 verified credit hours in foundations of behavioral health and the provision of mental health services.
