Job Summary

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Indirect Lending Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of auto and recreational vehicle loan applications and servicing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-funding loan audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documents.
  • Conduct loan onboarding introduction calls to borrowers and provide a 30-second overview of American Heritage and our mission.
  • Verify new loan requests for accuracy and follow identity authentication procedures to prevent fraudulent loans.
  • Cross-sell qualified direct consumer loan products and services.
  • Process new membership account openings and maintain audit logs.
  • Perform lien assignment process for all indirect title loans.
  • Prepare for future roles by completing training programs and assisting with dealer site visits.

Requirements:

  • At least one to three years of experience in lending operations preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Symitar and Meridian Link preferred.

Education:

  • Requires a minimum of an associate college degree or working toward a four-year college degree education required; a four-year college degree preferred.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Must be available to work evening and Saturday hours.
  • Hours are subject to change at any time at the discretion of management based on the needs of the Credit Union.
