Who we are seeking

We invite you to join our Custody Income team and enhance your operational expertise while fostering relationships with clients, borrowers, and brokers.

Your role will involve collaborating with senior team members to ensure the efficient production and distribution of timely income claims, alongside driving process enhancements.

You will serve as a key resource for client inquiries and daily operational challenges while managing relationships with clients, borrowers, and brokers.

Importance of this role

The team you will be a part of is integral to State Street Global Delivery (GD). GD guarantees that our clients receive and have their income credited to their accounts accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with borrowers, brokers, and internal teams to expedite the resolution of overdue income.
  • Ensure all inquiries, both internal and external, are addressed promptly and accurately, communicating effectively with clients when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current alternative procedures and processes.
  • Document any updates or modifications to formal procedures, databases, etc.
  • Engage in projects and prepare and verify information for various projects or special requests as directed.
  • Coordinate efforts when multiple associates are required to complete tasks.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.
Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of a BS/BA degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Income or comparable finance-related operations.
  • Proficiency in PC applications and the Microsoft suite.
  • Experience with State Street applications is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary Range:

$52,000 - $75,400 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
