  • Incident Response Leadership: Develop and implement effective incident response plans, procedures, and playbooks to ensure timely and efficient response to cyber threats.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of analysts and lead analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless incident response and resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve our incident response processes, procedures, and playbooks to ensure they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Talent Development: Identify, develop, and retain top cyber talent, providing opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a management role in cyber security or IT operations, with a strong background in incident response and threat hunting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CEH, OSCP, OSCE, or GCIH, or equivalent certifications in the security field.
