Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor - Luxury Hotel to join our team at Island Hospitality Management. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, while also ensuring that all front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Ensure that all front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Prepare team member schedules in accordance with budgets and business forecasts.
- Recommend local attractions and restaurants for guests to visit.
- Assist check-in/check-out procedures, telephone procedures, hotel amenities, and computer systems.
- Manage human resources functions, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Work with other departments to ensure operations are running smoothly in tandem with one another.
Requirements:
- You must have the ability to operate hotel POS and PMS Systems.
- You must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- You must be a highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
- You must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
- You must be able to work well in stressful situations.
- You must be readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
