Residential Program Coordinator

Job Summary
">We are seeking a dedicated Residential Instructor to join our team at Community Residences. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients, while also assisting with daily living tasks and implementing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and laundry care;
- Implement treatment plans developed by the interdisciplinary team, including behavior modification and skill-building strategies;
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting positive relationships and communication skills;
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to all agency policies and procedures;
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with the team regarding any concerns or issues.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred;
- At least one year of experience in the human services field;
- Physical Management Training (PMT) certification required;
- CPR and First Aid certification required within 45 days of hire;
- Medication Administration Certification required within 4 months of hire;
