Dean's Office Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Dean's Office Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a 35-hour per week, Grade 6 position in the Clerical & Technical Union with a competitive hourly rate of $25.97.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the School of Nursing's strategic initiatives, mission, vision, and values.
- Maintain the confidentiality of faculty, staff, and students with respect to personal, academic, and related professional issues.
- Have knowledge of Quinnipiac policies and procedures, catalog, and the student resource manual.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of secretarial procedures, including high proficiency in word processing.
- The ability to regularly compose non-routine correspondence.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
