Warming Center Management Specialist

The Hamden Warming Center Coordinator will be responsible for creating strength-based person-centered approaches, providing linkages to clients, and coordinating with other agencies. The coordinator must be able to enforce program rules, supervise resident chores, and train staff to be effective in their roles.
A valid driver's license and good driving history are required. The coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring Residential Staff scheduled Relias Online Training monthly, providing monthly Supervision to all Staff, and completing the Residential Staff's Annual Employee Performance Evaluation.
