**Job Summary**

Carstar Roberts Collision is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team. As an administrative assistant, you will work closely with our shop's owner and bookkeeper to complete various projects and tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage OEM certifications, training, and audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage I-Car online classes and hands-on training for our team members.
  • Act as the shop's purchaser, responsible for ordering and managing inventory.
  • Audit and close electronic files to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist the accounts payable clerk with financial tasks and transactions.
  • Distribute incoming mail and manage filing systems to maintain a organized workspace.
