Position Overview:

This role provides essential support to the Training Center Manager in executing various administrative, educational, and logistical tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


Under moderate supervision, the individual will manage a diverse range of office tasks and administrative functions, including:

  • Establishing and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Drafting, editing, and reviewing documents for accuracy.
  • Gathering and analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Facilitating the ordering and receipt of necessary supplies.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations as required.
  • Maintaining the Manager's calendar and scheduling meetings.
  • Handling incoming communications and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Managing recurring internal documentation such as time and attendance records and training schedules.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:


The candidate must possess the ability to:

  • Operate standard office equipment, including computers and telecommunication devices.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, both in person and via phone.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Exhibit proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.
  • Engage with customers professionally.
