This role provides essential support to the Training Center Manager in executing various administrative, educational, and logistical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Under moderate supervision, the individual will manage a diverse range of office tasks and administrative functions, including:
- Establishing and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Drafting, editing, and reviewing documents for accuracy.
- Gathering and analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations.
- Facilitating the ordering and receipt of necessary supplies.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations as required.
- Maintaining the Manager's calendar and scheduling meetings.
- Handling incoming communications and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing recurring internal documentation such as time and attendance records and training schedules.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
The candidate must possess the ability to:
- Operate standard office equipment, including computers and telecommunication devices.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, both in person and via phone.
- Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and maintain confidentiality.
- Exhibit proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Engage with customers professionally.
