Role Overview

The Strategic Revenue Operations Partner is essential in aligning with Senior Commercial Leaders in North America to achieve their goals while collaborating with various teams to implement the overarching strategy. This role is responsible for establishing a structured approach to operational routines across the go-to-market framework, working alongside cross-functional stakeholders within the commercial landscape (such as Marketing, HR, Business Operations, and others), and utilizing data to generate insights that enhance the operational effectiveness of sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate operational business assessments with the General Manager of North America to deliver insights regarding business performance.
  • Continuously analyze business metrics to uncover actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership; for instance, identify pipeline deficiencies and propose targeted demand generation initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for the North American Sales Leadership team regarding Sales and Customer Success matters.
  • Oversee operational tasks to implement the go-to-market strategy for the North American sales division, including territory assignments, quota determination, and account distribution.
  • Collaborate across departments to aid in the operationalization of initiatives that bolster the commercial strategy, such as Demand Generation Councils and HR reviews.
  • Promote adherence to and governance of sales processes, routines, and tools among sales leaders and team members; identify opportunities for process and tool simplification.
  • Work closely with the North American Leadership team (EVP and VPs) to assess training requirements and coordinate with the Business Operations training unit for execution.
  • Coordinate with Business Operations functions (Deal Desk, Training, Tech & Process, etc.) to relay feedback and requirements that support the North American Commercial team.
  • Ensure accountability for forecasting accuracy and opportunity management with the North American Leadership team.
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting VP-level executives or General Managers with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships.
  • Proficient in driving accountability among Senior Leaders (in both Sales and Customer Success) regarding operational tasks.
  • Data-oriented mindset with robust analytical capabilities to gather, synthesize, and interpret data to identify trends.
  • Ability to instill a sense of urgency in executing critical business initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, industry best practices, and current trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and organized approach.
  • Adaptable and capable of responding swiftly to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and project management skills, with experience overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities; adept at prioritizing tasks across multiple initiatives.
  • Expertise in proactively identifying business needs and opportunities that contribute value.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Clari is a plus.
