Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with key accounts in the regional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic goal-oriented actions to drive sales growth within assigned regions.
  • Develop and generate sales opportunities through presentations at customer sites, either directly or through agents.
  • Maintain adequate technical knowledge about company products, services, customer base, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Manage sales activities at OEMs and House(Key) Accounts in assigned regions.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement regional sales goals and sales plans.
  • Maintain and enter data into CRM as opportunities are created.
  • Provide sales tools and support to independent sales representatives and direct sales staff to meet targeted revenue goals.
  • Provide technical and sales training and support for assigned agents and customers.
  • Submit quarterly and annual reports on performance and progress towards goals and plans.
  • Travel as necessary to achieve sales goals and plans.
Requirements
  • Capital equipment sales experience is a must.
  • Ability to travel 60-90% of the time.
  • Able to possess a valid passport for unrestricted travel in and out of the United States.
