Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our regional sales team and drive business growth in the assigned territory. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, and leading a team of Territory Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and grow Jägermeister sales in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve brand execution.
  • Lead a team of Territory Sales Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the spirits industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including experience in distributor relationship management, account management, and chain sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including knowledge of pricing, profit, and brand economics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
