Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

At Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Co., we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting for new dealers and developing strategic partnerships
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  • Train and support sales teams at our dealerships to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business or in-home sales environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to travel overnight, typically Monday to Thursday, and work in a fast-paced sales environment
