About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in assigned regions. This role requires a strong technical sales background, with a proven track record of success in capital equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEMs and house accounts.
  • Provide technical and sales training to internal teams and external partners.
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers, attend industry events, and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60-90% of the time.
  • Ability to possess a valid passport for unrestricted travel in and out of the United States.
