Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to online inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy.
  • Accurately input all customer inquiry data into the CRM system.
  • Schedule sales appointments effectively.
  • Conduct phone surveys to gauge customer preferences and satisfaction.
  • Utilize lead management tools efficiently.
  • Compile necessary reports and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
  • Exhibit ethical conduct, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and honesty in all customer interactions.

The Sales Consultant is tasked with generating appointments with customers who reach out to the dealership via online channels to explore new and/or pre-owned vehicle options.

This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.

In this accountable position, the consultant will leverage lead management tools, CRM software, and online resources to manage inquiry flow, update customer records, and monitor customer interest closely.

The Sales Consultant will receive training to gain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered, becoming well-versed in inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.
