We are in search of a driven, accomplished, and dynamic Clinical Educator to provide educational assistance and training to Healthcare Professionals and other office personnel within primary care and specialized facilities. This role focuses on the management of patients in a specific disease area, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards set by the company/client and management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Educator, you will:

  • Deliver disease state-specific educational support, awareness, and resources to designated Healthcare Professionals and office staff as coordinated with the Program Manager and Clinical Educators.
  • Conduct educational sessions for Healthcare Professionals tailored to the needs of each office.
  • Collaborate effectively with client team members to address the comprehensive needs of the HCP offices.
  • Establish thought leadership through peer-to-peer education and awareness regarding the condition.
  • Utilize only approved materials provided by Inizio or the client, ensuring no alterations, copies, or distributions occur.
  • Complete all required training courses and competency assessments as mandated by Inizio or the Client, meeting specified standards and timelines.
  • Build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Continuously explore innovative approaches to foster new partnership opportunities.
  • Fulfill all necessary administrative duties promptly, including daily updates, weekly activity summaries, emails, and monthly expense reports.
  • Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by state regulations.
  • Participate in local and national meetings and conferences to stay informed about developments and share knowledge within the team.
  • Ensure all company equipment and materials are maintained according to company guidelines.
  • Adhere to all Inizio and Client Policies and Procedures.
  • Be accessible during working hours to address inquiries.
  • Possess a valid US driver's license and report any offenses or penalty points to the company immediately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current state license as a qualified nurse.
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-educational experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Endocrinology disease state or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with effective presentation abilities.
  • The capability to present to diverse groups, including physicians and office staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable organizational skills and prior territory management experience is preferred.
  • A self-motivated attitude with a proactive approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and proficiency in technology (Apple/Word/Excel, etc.).
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to regularly update knowledge.
  • A willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays, to attend regional/national meetings and assist with coverage needs.
