Position Overview

We are in search of a results-oriented, experienced, and driven Clinical Educator to provide educational assistance and training to Healthcare Professionals and other office personnel within primary care and specialized facilities. This role focuses on the management of patients within a specific disease area, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards set forth by the organization and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver disease state-specific educational support, awareness, and resources to designated Healthcare Professionals and office staff as coordinated with the Program Manager and Clinical Educators.
  • Conduct educational sessions for Healthcare Professionals tailored to the specific needs of each office.
  • Collaborate effectively with client team members to fulfill the comprehensive needs of the HCP offices.
  • Establish thought leadership through peer-to-peer education and awareness regarding the condition.
  • Utilize only approved materials provided by Inizio or the client, without modification, duplication, or distribution.
  • Complete all required training courses and competency assessments mandated by Inizio or the Client within designated timeframes.
  • Build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Continuously explore innovative strategies that may lead to new partnership opportunities.
  • Fulfill all necessary administrative duties promptly, including daily updates, weekly activity summaries, emails, and monthly expense reports.
  • Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by relevant state regulations.
  • Participate in local and national meetings and/or conferences as necessary to stay informed about plans, activities, and developments, and to share knowledge and experiences within the team.
  • Ensure all company equipment and materials are maintained according to company guidelines.
  • Adhere to all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required.
  • Be available during working hours to address inquiries.
  • Possess a valid US driver's license at all times and promptly inform the company of any offenses or accumulation of penalty points.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed nurse with current state credentials.
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of post-educational experience.
  • Preferred minimum of 3 years' experience in Endocrinology or a related field.
  • Exhibit effective and professional communication skills; presentation skills are a plus.
  • Ability to present to diverse groups, including physicians and office staff.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational abilities and/or previous territory management experience is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of personal initiative.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and proficiency in technology (Apple/Word/Excel, etc.).
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and a commitment to regularly updating professional knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays, as required within the designated territory, attend regional/national meetings, and assist with coverage needs when possible.
