We are in search of a driven, accomplished, and dynamic Clinical Educator to provide educational assistance and training to Healthcare Professionals and administrative staff within primary care and specialized facilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver disease-specific educational support and resources to designated Healthcare Professionals and office personnel as coordinated with the Program Manager and Clinical Educators.
  • Conduct educational sessions tailored to the needs of Healthcare Professionals in various offices.
  • Collaborate effectively with client team members to address the comprehensive needs of HCP offices.
  • Establish thought leadership through peer-to-peer education and awareness initiatives regarding the condition.
  • Utilize only approved materials provided by Inizio or the client, ensuring no alterations or unauthorized distribution.
  • Complete all mandatory training courses and competency assessments required by Inizio or the Client within specified timelines.
  • Foster and enhance relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Continuously explore innovative strategies to cultivate new partnership opportunities.
  • Fulfill all administrative duties promptly, including daily updates, weekly activity summaries, and monthly expense reports.
  • Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as mandated by state regulations.
  • Participate in local and national meetings and conferences to stay informed about developments and share knowledge within the team.
  • Ensure all company equipment and materials are maintained according to company guidelines.
  • Adhere to all Inizio and Client Policies and Procedures as required.
  • Be available during working hours to address inquiries.
  • Possess a valid US driver's license and promptly inform the company of any violations or points accumulation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed nurse with a current state license.
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of post-educational experience.
  • Preferred experience of at least 3 years in Endocrinology or a related field.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, with strong presentation abilities being advantageous.
  • Capability to present to diverse groups, including physicians and office staff.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proven organizational skills and/or prior territory management experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of personal initiative.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and proficient in technology (Apple/Word/Excel, etc.).
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to regularly update knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays, to fulfill designated territory requirements and attend meetings.
