Clinical Education Specialist

We are in search of a results-oriented, experienced, and motivated Clinical Educator to provide educational assistance and training to Healthcare Professionals and office personnel within primary care and specialized facilities, focusing on patient management in a specific disease area, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards set by the organization and management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver disease-specific educational support, awareness, and resources to designated Healthcare Professionals and office staff as outlined by the Program Manager and Clinical Educators.
- Conduct educational sessions for Healthcare Professionals tailored to the needs of each practice.
- Collaborate compliantly with client team members to address the comprehensive needs of HCP offices.
- Establish thought leadership through peer-to-peer education and awareness regarding the condition.
- Utilize only approved materials provided by Inizio or the client, without modification or distribution.
- Complete all required training courses and competency assessments mandated by Inizio or the Client within the designated timeframe.
- Foster and enhance relationships with key stakeholders.
- Continuously explore innovative strategies that may lead to new partnership opportunities.
- Timely completion of all administrative tasks, including daily updates, weekly activity summaries, emails, and monthly expense reports.
- Maintain professional licensure as required by state regulations.
- Participate in local and national meetings and conferences to stay informed about developments and share knowledge within the team.
- Ensure all company equipment and materials are maintained according to company guidelines.
- Adhere to all Inizio and Client Policies and Procedures as necessary.
- Be available during working hours to address inquiries.
- Possess a valid US driver's license and report any offenses or accumulation of penalty points to the company immediately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current state license as a qualified nurse.
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of post-educational experience.
- Preferred experience of at least 3 years in Endocrinology or a related field.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, with strong presentation abilities being advantageous.
- Capability to present to diverse groups, including physicians and office staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven organizational skills and/or prior experience in territory management is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of personal initiative.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks and proficient in technology (Apple/Word/Excel, etc.).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to regularly update knowledge.
- Willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays, as required within the designated territory, and assist with coverage needs as necessary.
