Compensation Details:
The initial compensation for this role is set at $17.50 per hour, reflecting a commitment to equitable pay based on skills and experience.

The Scheduling Representative will be responsible for:
- Receiving and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assessing caller needs accurately and directing them to the appropriate resources
- Determining scheduling requirements by reviewing electronic health records
- Utilizing the scheduling system to arrange appointments for clients
- Coordinating transportation services as required
- Monitoring voicemail and email for scheduling follow-ups
- Communicating scheduling updates to clinical staff as necessary
- Following up on tasks related to missed appointments and rescheduling
- Updating electronic health records as needed
- Adhering to policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations
- Ensuring high standards of customer service in all interactions
- Maintaining current knowledge of agency resources for effective call handling
- Providing support for other customer care functions as needed
- Performing additional related duties as assigned
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in an office environment
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in data entry and telephone communication
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to build positive relationships
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Experience in a medical office setting
- Familiarity with behavioral health and substance use services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with electronic health records
- Bilingual abilities
