Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at REDICO. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of our corporate headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Ensure the office is clean, stocked, and welcoming for clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Guest Experience: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate team members, and manage messages and appointments efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various clerical tasks such as inventory management, reordering supplies, and supporting event setups.
  • Team Support: Act as the right hand for our onsite corporate team, helping to oversee the overall office environment.

Requirements

  • Strong Administrative Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and email is essential.
  • Excellent Communicator: You should have strong verbal communication skills and be comfortable interacting with a diverse group of people.
  • Dependable and Reliable: Consistency is key in this role, someone who can be relied upon to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Cool Under Pressure: A positive attitude, good energy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are critical.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate what's next will set you apart.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
  • Able to work onsite - No remote work will be permitted.
  • Excellent Organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
