About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at REDICO. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming at all times.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage messages and appointments efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the corporate team, including tasks such as inventory management, reordering supplies, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring seamless communication and a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an administrative or receptionist capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
