National Trade Development Director

About the Role:
- You will manage a team of Trade Development Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- You will develop and execute sales strategies, working closely with distributors to drive revenue growth.
- You will monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting your approach to stay ahead of the competition.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Distributor and supplier experience preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
