Job Description

As a Regional Sales and Marketing Executive at Congo Brands, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success in your assigned territory. Our ideal candidate possesses outstanding sales experience in the CPG industry, with a proven track record of delivering results.

About the Role:

  • You will manage a team of Trade Development Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • You will develop and execute sales strategies, working closely with distributors to drive revenue growth.
  • You will monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting your approach to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the CPG industry.
  3. Distributor and supplier experience preferred.
  4. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
