Project Coordination RolePella Windows and Doors of North Carolina and Southwest Virginia seeks a skilled Trade Field Project Coordinator to join our Charlotte team. In this critical role, you'll coordinate trade field projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.

About the PositionThe successful candidate will work closely with contractors, sales reps, customers, and installers to ensure project success. Key responsibilities include job coordination, site visits, inventory management, and troubleshooting installation issues. A 50/50 split between replacement installs and trade (R&R) installs requires adaptability and strong organizational skills. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Estimated salary: $40,000 - $58,000 per annum based on location and experience.

Responsibilities and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Building contractor knowledge (a plus)
  • Excellent organizational, social, and customer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to develop expertise in PQM, PSI, OMS
  • An outgoing and highly motivated personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independence and ability to work with minimal supervision
