Bristol Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a talented Senior Learning Manager to join our US CV Learning team.

Job Summary

The Senior Learning Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing training programs for the US Cardiovascular Sales Force. This includes creating product and disease training assets, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with training colleagues, Sales, Operations, and Marketing leadership to implement results-focused, performance-based training processes.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales training curriculum for use during training classes, POAs, and other national/regional/district meetings.
  • Coordinate and align training materials with cross-functional teams to ensure all training meets the goals and objectives of both Sales and Marketing.
  • Ensure training resources meet all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements for assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Deploy and deliver a curriculum inclusive of selling skills, clinical disease state knowledge, competitor and market landscapes.
  • Work with external vendors and internal personnel to ensure the successful design and execution of assigned training programs and projects.
  • Assess and analyze the effectiveness of assigned training programs and initiatives using the Kirkpatrick Model.
  • Identify and utilize innovative technologies to facilitate adult learning and pull-through of both live and virtual training capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Pharmaceutical field experience required.
  • 2 years Cardiovascular Sales Training or Field experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated curriculum design and understanding of adult learning principles, including previous experience leading workshops.
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement key learning objectives, strategies, and tactics.
  • Problem-solving and solutions-oriented team player.
  • Strong business analytics to understand and analyze business and market drivers, develop, execute, and adjust business plans.
  • Experience operating within a highly complex cross-matrix environment; ability to connect and collaborate with key matrix team members.
  • Impact-driven with high learning agility and keen ability to prioritize.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and other applications.
  • Ability to travel for multiple meeting engagements.
