About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our team at ISMG - Information Security Media Group. As an LMS Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective setup, customization, and maintenance of our LMS to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and optimize the LMS to align with our organization's specific needs, including branding, user interface adjustments, and feature enhancements.
  • Oversee the creation, uploading, and organization of learning materials, ensuring they are easily accessible and engaging.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring that all users have the appropriate access to resources.
  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve any LMS-related technical issues, escalating appropriately and ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience for all users.
  • Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts to support the creation and refinement of high-quality educational content that meets our instructional standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, or related fields OR current LMS Administrator certifications.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Professional proficiency in Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas or other Learning Management Systems.
  • Foundational understanding of instructional design principles. Proficiency in e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic programming skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
