Job Title: Solutions Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Learning Ally Inc. As a Solutions Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a diverse portfolio of projects across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project resources, including budget, timeline, and personnel.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, developing mitigation plans as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritize and manage the technology roadmap for the engineering team, aligning with organizational goals and resource constraints.
  • Analyze and synthesize complex information to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Oversee the work of a Business Analyst to ensure operational support and requirements gathering are aligned with project objectives.
  • Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership, effectively communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project management in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5-7 years experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Pivotal Tracker).
