The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning Management & Design Coordinator to support our educational initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing our Learning Management System (LMS) to meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful learning content, while also providing technical support to ensure a seamless learning experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Configure and optimize the LMS to align with our organization's specific needs, including branding, user interface adjustments, and feature enhancements.
  2. Oversee the creation, uploading, and organization of learning materials, ensuring they are easily accessible and engaging.
  3. Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring that all users have the appropriate access to resources.
  4. Provide timely and effective support to resolve any LMS-related technical issues, escalating appropriately and ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience for all users.
  5. Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts to support the creation and refinement of high-quality educational content that meets our instructional standards.
  6. Maintain project timelines and organization of course documents, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and aligned with our educational objectives.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or current LMS Administrator certifications. Experience with Learning Management Systems, including administration, setup, and troubleshooting, is also required. Additionally, proficiency in e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI) and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic programming skills are a plus.
