About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Learning Management & Design Coordinator to join our team at ISMG - Information Security Media Group. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup, customization, and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS) to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and optimize the LMS to align with our organization's specific needs, including branding, user interface adjustments, and feature enhancements.
  • Oversee the creation, uploading, and organization of learning materials, ensuring they are easily accessible and engaging.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring that all users have the appropriate access to resources.
  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve any LMS-related technical issues, escalating appropriately and ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience for all users.
  • Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts to support the creation and refinement of high-quality educational content that meets our instructional standards.
  • Maintain project timelines and organization of course documents, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and aligned with our educational objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, or related fields OR current LMS Administrator certifications. Certification in instructional design is a plus.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Professional proficiency in Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas or other Learning Management Systems.
  • Foundational understanding of instructional design principles. Proficiency in e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic programming skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
