Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Community Autism Services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to students in our school-based branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for students with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff on behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and mentor ABA instructors and other staff members
  • Collaborate with school administrators and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of behavioral services
Requirements
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of two to three years of consultative experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience supervising staff and training parents
  • Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of assessment, reporting, and Verbal Behavior understanding
