About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Gersh Autism. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral support services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the outcomes and objectives identified in the treatment plan
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior change plans that meet the needs of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Provide training and supervision to ABA Therapists and other staff members
  • Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for children receiving behavioral interventions
  • Deliver consultation services to schools and other agencies as requested
  • Participate in parent meetings and provide parent training in the home and clinic setting
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field, preferably from a BACB-accredited program
  • Training and certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Program (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysts
  • Solid knowledge of the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Ability to work with various technology, including ACE ABA Data System
  • Ability to work with a high level of independence and prioritize tasks and goals
