**About Us**

K-1 Speed Inc is a leading provider of indoor electric karting experiences. We are seeking a skilled Mechanic - Electric Kart Specialist to join our team.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mechanic - Electric Kart Specialist to service and maintain our fleet of state-of-the-art, high-performance electric go-karts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair, preferably in the golf kart, go-kart, motorcycle, or motorsports field.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our electric go-karts to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of the karts and track to identify and address any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and special projects.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment by maintaining the pit, kart shop, and track areas.
  • Assist the track crew with track operations as needed.
  • Perform closing duties to secure the pit and track and prepare for the following day's operation.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Weekend availability required.
