Job Overview

This is a senior-level facilitation position that requires expertise in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will lead complex projects in the federal government sector, working with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and facilitate strategic planning processes, workshops, and training sessions for senior leaders and teams.
  • Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies to build trust and collaboration.
  • Provide coaching and advising to client teams on organizational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
  • Interpret insights from qualitative and quantitative research, develop recommendations, and communicate results to senior-level client teams.
  • Assist client teams in developing implementation plans and action steps based on project outcomes.
  • Engage with prospective clients to identify needs and develop tailored approaches to address business challenges.
  • Ensure team operations processes and reporting expectations are met, including business development, portfolio management, time tracking, and billing.
  • Stay up-to-date with new methodologies and frameworks, and contribute to the development of the team's playbook for strategic planning and facilitation.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business, design, psychology, or a related field, with experience working in federal government contracting a plus.
  • 15+ years of demonstrable facilitation experience, including working with executives, managers, and front-line teams.
  • 15+ years of consulting experience in a strategy consulting firm or equivalent corporate role.
  • Expert facilitation skills, including building trust, managing groups, guiding conversations, and resolving conflicts.
  • U.S. citizenship or foreign national with a work permit and residing in the U.S. for three or more years.
Benefits
  • $95,000 to $115,000 base compensation range, with actual compensation subject to variation based on factors such as education, experience, and location.
