Product Growth Strategist

CORE is an early-stage startup revolutionizing the fitness industry by empowering instructors to thrive online. Funded by AlleyCorp, a renowned startup incubator behind notable successes like Business Insider and MongoDB, CORE aims to power sustainable digital businesses and be the go-to platform for fitness enthusiasts worldwide.
The fitness industry is undergoing a profound shift from in-person to hybrid/virtual-first models, driven by the accelerated trend over the past year. As Peloton's founding in 2012 marked the beginning of this transformation, CORE is poised to lead the way with its innovative platform, making it easier for instructors to connect with students online, anywhere, anytime.
We have recently launched publicly and are now focusing on growth initiatives that span Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing/Sales Strategy. This joint effort will drive our product development, market expansion, and Series A preparations.
Role:
In this pivotal role at CORE, you will play a key part in developing and executing the product and go-to-market strategy. Your responsibilities will include crafting messaging and positioning, identifying target personas and market segments, conducting user interviews, and running calls with potential customers. We expect you to be proactive, organized, and diligent in your work, distilling complex feedback into actionable insights that drive growth.
This role offers flexibility to adapt to Product Management, Marketing, Sales, or Strategy based on your interests and skills, ensuring a tailored fit for your strengths and passions.

Demonstrated interest in fitness or health through current or past activities (high school or college sports, dance, meditation, nutrition, or similar)
Experience working at a technology company and/or startup
This role is based in our NYC office in SoHo, requiring frequent communication and collaboration.
