Executive Support Professional

Talent Software Services is seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support services to senior executives, managing calendars, prioritizing schedules, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and prioritize administrative work, controlling access to executive calendars.
- Maintain executive calendars, plan meetings, travel, and events, and coordinate international travel documents.
- Screen and respond to telephone and email inquiries, as well as written correspondence, on behalf of executives.
- Initiate or compose various documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations, requiring knowledge of executive views and philosophy.
- Research, analyze, and summarize information, participating in developing, administering, and communicating policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of other department or company initiatives, generating or distributing ad hoc reports using various business systems and databases.
- 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
- Spelling and grammar skills, concentration and cognitive skills, initiative, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and reading comprehension.
- Communication skills, including verbal and written skills, customer focus, ability to make decisions, and ability to prioritize.
- Experience with Expense Reporting Systems, Time Reporting Policies & Procedures, Human Resource Information System, Travel Systems, StafTrak, Telephony and Web conferencing, Electronic Repository Systems, and Financial Information Systems.
